Introducing 'The Guided Life'

This is a brief introduction to my new book The Guided Life, which is part of the 'Quaker Quicks' series of short books about the Quaker way.

If you have already read it, please consider writing a review on the Quaker bookshop websiteGoodreads or Amazon.

I would also welcome your feedback about the book in the comments below.

I hope you are keeping safe and well in these troubled times.

  1. Thanks Craig - I have ordered the book but it seems the Quaker Bookshop is not operating at present because of the Coronavirus so there will be a time lag.

Just to let you know the video link only seems to operate when you access the blog in the browser not from email.

I love reading your entries - insightful and connected. Thank you so much. Circulated Christian Roots as part of a study group on mysticism we did in Totnes Meeting.

    Warm wishes

  2. Many thanks for this Rosalind. If anyone doesn't want to wait for the Quaker Bookshop to re-ope, all of the Quaker Quicks series are currently available to buy from The Friend, or any online bookshop.
I don't how to fix the video link in emails I'm afraid, unless anyone can help with this?
    In Friendship,
    Craig

  3. I bought your book at BYM last year, read it one evening and bought another one next day for one of my sons. I think it's one of the best out there. Thank you.

"When words are strange or disturbing to you, try to sense where they come from and what has nourished the lives of others. Listen patiently and seek the truth which other people's opinions may contain for you. Avoid hurtful criticism and provocative language. Do not allow the strength of your convictions to betray you into making statements or allegations that are unfair or untrue. Think it possible that you may be mistaken."
